Preparation of divorce procedural documents regarding the dissolution of marriage (WITHOUT LAWYER’S INVOLVEMENT IN THE PROCESS):
When the spouses themselves participate in the divorce process having received procedural divorce papers for the Court prepared during the divorce procedure and an Instruction (for further actions):
- “Peaceful divorce” service price 80 EUR – 150 EUR
- “I want to divorce” service price 200 EUR
- “Divorce due to fault” service price 150 EUR – 290 EUR
The service includes:
- legal consultations: by e-mail, by phone or at the SKYRYBOS.EU OFFICE;
- prepared procedural divorce documents for the court and an instruction (regarding the divorce process and actions);
- dispatch of prepared procedural divorce documents on request by e-mail, mail or collection thereof at the SKYRYBOS.EU OFFICE.

When the spouses do not have time, possibilities or wish to participate in the divorce process themselves:
- “Peaceful divorce” service price 250 EUR – 650 EUR
- “I want to divorce” service price 250 EUR – 680 EUR
- “Divorce due to fault” service price 400 EUR – 750 EUR
The service includes:
- legal consultations with an advocate: by e-mail, by phone or at the SKYRYBOS.EU OFFICE;
- order of certificates and/or statements from the State Enterprise “Regitra” and State Enterprise “Centre of Registers”, payment of fees for and collection of documents;
- appropriate information of creditors (if any) about the divorce process;
- preparation of procedural documents and submission thereof to the court;
- admission of summons;
- advocate’s participation in sessions of the first instance court;
- receipt of judgment at the court, ordered divorce certificates at the Civil Registry Office, having paid the fee at the bank;
- translation (legalization) of documents (Apostille) services;
- transfer and dispatch of court judgment and divorce certificate to the spouse(s).
